Foundry Complex
Modern melting furnaces, molding machines, and tooling allow the production of high-precision castings from cast iron, aluminum, and other alloys.
Mechanical Processing Division
Includes lathes, milling, drilling, grinding, and boring machines, as well as modern CNC machining centers for precision processing of components of any complexity.
Heat Treatment Department
Hardening, annealing, tempering, and other processes ensure the required mechanical properties of metals and stability of material structure.
Galvanic and Oxidation Lines
We perform zinc plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, anodizing, and black oxidation to improve the operational durability of components.
Testing Laboratory and Quality Control Department
Control of every batch of metal and finished parts, including bench testing of braking equipment, measurement studies, geometry verification, and physico-chemical analysis.
Design and Technology Department (DTD)
Development of new products, optimization of technologies, preparation of design documentation, modeling, and experimental work.
