THE FACTORY PRODUCES THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS

Connecting sleeves are devices used to connect the air ducts of the brake system of locomotives and wagons of all types of rolling stock, including railways and metro. They provide air supply under pressure up to 1 MPa (10 kgf/cm²), necessary for reliable operation of brake mechanisms. Due to their characteristics, connecting sleeves contribute to stable and safe operation of brakes, which is critically important for the safety of passenger and freight transportation.

Auto modes for freight cars automatically regulate the pressure in the brake cylinder depending on the load of the car. This eliminates the need for manual switching of braking modes, which is usually done on air distributors. This solution allows you to adapt the braking force to the weight of the cargo, which increases safety. This is especially important for difficult driving conditions, ensuring optimal braking in different load modes.

The brake line shut-off valve is used to shut off the brake air flow at the ends of a train or between cars, especially when they are being uncoupled. The end valve is located at both ends of a car or locomotive, and has special side openings that allow the pressure in the flexible hose between cars to be relieved, which greatly facilitates the disconnection of the air line during uncoupling of cars.

Shut-off elements that are installed on the branches of the main pipe in front of the air distributor and are designed to turn the brakes on or off. Each valve has a handle mounted on a square plug that can occupy two positions: along the pipe (turning on the air distributor) and across the pipe (turning off). This allows you to quickly control the access of air to the brake system, which provides convenient brake control without the need to turn off the entire main pipe.

Brake cylinders are a key component of the railway braking system, acting as a power element that converts compressed air pressure into mechanical force. This force is transmitted through a lever system to the brake pads, pressing them against the wheel rim or brake discs, which ensures effective deceleration or stopping of the rolling stock.

An air distributor is a device that supplies and regulates compressed air in the braking system of a railway car. It controls the pressure in the brake cylinders, ensuring stable braking or release of the cars, depending on the driver's command. Thanks to this equipment, automatic braking is regulated during train movement, which increases the safety and efficiency of railway transport.

The brake lever gear regulator is designed to automatically maintain a constant output of the brake cylinder rod of railway cars, ensuring stable braking when the brake pads wear. This device compensates for the gradual wear of the brake system components, allowing to maintain effective braking force and comply with established standards during the operation of rolling stock.

A three-way valve is an element of a pneumatic braking system used in railway vehicles. It has three strokes to redirect the flow of compressed air.
