"TEMP" FACTORY resumes its work.

After a long downtime, LLC "LEBEDYNSKY ENGINEERING RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENTAL PLANT "TEMP" has resumed its work.

In the summer of 2020, at the initiative of D.S. Korolev, owner of PE "COMMERCE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING", a decision was made to acquire the corporate rights of LLC "LEBEDYNSKY MBDE PLANT "TEMP" (hereinafter: PLANT "TEMP").

"This acquisition is related to our investment strategy in the production of spare parts and components for railway rolling stock. We will use the plant as an experimental innovation platform. First of all, to obtain high-quality components. We are also considering the possibility of launching innovative products on its basis, but this is still a commercial secret," Denis Korolev, the owner of PE "COMMERCE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING", said in an interview with our blog.

Among the products that TEMP PLANT can produce are both railway rolling stock braking equipment and metro braking equipment, pumps and engine components. The company is currently discussing the most promising areas for the next 5-8 years.

Korolev spoke about interest in the production of brake equipment at a conference in August 2019 (Dnipro National University of Railway Transport named after Academician V. Lazaryan), answering the question of whether the company was studying the demand for Ukrainian brake equipment - the working chamber of the air distributor.

PE "COMMERCE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING" acquired a 100% stake in the TEMP PLANT in July 2020. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

LLC "LEBEDYNSKY MBDE PLANT "TEMP" is one of the oldest enterprises in the machine-building industry of Ukraine. According to the company's website, at this stage its capacity is 3 thousand units per month (averaged over the entire line).
