A BIG STEP TOWARDS THE BIG ONE — WE PASSED THE IVC!

On July 17, 2025, a decisive stage took place - our 483M air distributor successfully passed qualification tests according to specification 483M.000 and was approved by the full interdepartmental qualification commission .

The commission included leading specialists from JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", specialists from NDKTI, UZ Wagon-service, UDUNT and Sumy inspection station, as well as our engineers. The commission confirmed:

🔹 products are manufactured in full compliance with TU U 30.2-14310052-032:2012

🔹 TEMP's technological base is fully ready for mass production

🔹 all documentation, certificates, methods, drawings and equipment comply with the requirements of DSTU GOST 33724.1:2017.

The conclusion of the MVK emphasized : the prototypes have successfully passed the tests, the plant is ready to produce the 483M air distributor , and the product itself can be recommended for further operation in Ukrainian railway transport.

⏳ AND NOW... WE ARE WAITING FOR THE LONG-WAITED TELEGRAM!

All documents have been submitted for consideration to the central bodies of Ukrzaliznytsia for the official expansion of the scope of the conditional number 2522 - this will allow us to begin serial branding of the 483M air distributor in the near future.

We are at the finish line. The final touch is a telegram about making changes to the register , and we will start the full cycle of supplying the 483M air distributor for the needs of the Ukrainian market.
