COMPANY HISTORY
The history of the Lebedynskyi Machine-Building Research and Experimental Plant "Temp" begins back in 1964, when the plant was founded as part of a large industrial structure. Since then, the enterprise has gone through numerous stages of transformation and development.
In the early years of its operation, the plant specialized in the production of metal products. However, over time, thanks to innovations, technological progress and high qualification of workers, the enterprise expanded the range of products and significantly increased production capacity. New workshops were opened, production lines were modernized, and employees constantly improved their skills and knowledge.
Over the past 57 years of its operation, the plant has undergone significant changes: new types of products have been developed, modern technologies have been introduced, allowing it to meet the highest quality requirements. Today, LLC "Lebedynsky MBDE" Plant "Temp" is a leading manufacturer of braking equipment for railways and the metro, combining the traditions of the past with the innovations of the present.
The company has always adhered to a strategy of development and stable investments, which contributed to its growth and impact on the national infrastructure. Thanks to constant improvement of production processes, the company continues to develop, providing the Ukrainian market with high-quality products that meet international standards.

1988
Date of establishment of the company.
During the reconstruction of old enterprises in 1964, the state enterprise "Lebedynsky Bed Plant" was founded on the basis of the Lebedynsky Industrial Complex workshop. The plant produces metal beds, racks and modular cabinets for tools, electrical components, and repairs machine tools. The date of foundation of the enterprise is considered to be 03.06.1964.
From 12/30/1988, the Lebedinsky Bed Plant was renamed the state enterprise "Lebedinsky Plant "Temp". The plant produces products for agriculture and the meat and dairy industry (vacuum and centrifugal pumps and units), components for railways, vacuum wood dryers, pumps for pumping gasoline, pumps for wineries.
2001
1994
On December 23, 1994, in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Mechanical Engineering, Military-Industrial Complex and Conversion of Ukraine dated July 29, 1994 No. 1075, the state enterprise "Lebedynsk Experimental Plant "Temp " was transformed into an open joint-stock company "Lebedynsk Experimental Plant "Temp", in accordance with the order of the President of Ukraine "On the Corporatization of State Enterprises" dated June 15, 1993.
1997
In the early 1990s, due to the crisis in the Ukrainian economy and the loss of sales markets established in Soviet times, there was a decline in production. In 1997, the growth rate of the volume of manufactured products compared to the previous year was 109.2%, its specific weight was 3.4%. Among the products are vacuum units of models VVP-1.5, VVN-1.0, VVN-0.75, VA-90, VA-45; CNG pump-50/50, pumps for pumping gasoline, for wineries; gas generator unit GG-T-500; vacuum wood drying chamber VS-6; boilers; pre-sowing soil cultivation device UPOZ-4.0; components for railways - end cranes 190, disconnectors 372, 379, 383, stop crane 163, tees 573, 573P, auto mode 265A-1T, auto regulator RTRP-675T, brake cylinders 188B, connecting sleeves of groups R-1 (R11, R12, R13, R14, R15, R16), R-2 (R21, R23) and R-3 (R31, R32, R34), R17B, with electrical contact 369A.
On March 11, 2001, the enterprise was reorganized into the Open Joint-Stock Company "LEBEDYN ENGINEERING RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENTAL PLANT "TEMP". A new stage in the development of the enterprise begins. Positions in the Ukrainian market are being strengthened. Entry into the CIS market is planned.
2010
From 22.11.2010, OJSC "LEBEDYN ENGINEERING RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENTAL PLANT "TEMP" changes its organizational and legal form of business and becomes a PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
2014
On July 11, 2014, LLC "LEBEDYNSKY MBDE PLANT "TEMP" was organized as a scientific and experimental unit under the auspices of PJSC "LEBEDYNSKY MBDE PLANT "TEMP". The company produces and sells products for railway purposes. All products are based on its own scientific developments and State standards, registered in accordance with the established procedure, and have the appropriate quality certificates. Production is certified for compliance with State standards.
2017
From January 11, 2017, LLC "LEBEDYNSKY MBDE PLANT "TEMP" is the legal successor of all intellectual property objects: technical specifications, design and technological documentation of PJSC "LEBEDYNSKY MBDE PLANT "TEMP".
2017
April 11, 2017, the beginning of the liquidation of the PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY due to bankruptcy. Submission of a decision by the founders (participants) of the legal entity to terminate PJSC "LEBEDYNSKY MBDE PLANT "TEMP".
2018
LLC "LEBEDYN MBDE PLANT" TEMP" is changing the address of the production facility. It is being deployed at facilities at 80 Sichova Street, Lebedyn, Sumy region, where it is undergoing production certification and certification of conformity. Cooperation with railways of gauge 1520 is being established.
2020
On July 23, 2020, there is a change of owner. PRIVATE ENTERPRISE "COMMERCE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING" acquires a 100% share in the authorized capital of LLC "LEBEDYNSKY MBDE PLANT "TEMP". Rebranding activities are being carried out. The new vision of the company is being implemented.
